The Fort-to-Fort Trail (Fort Langley)

Here's a map of the sections of the Fort-to-Fort Trail (view a larger size) that I've kept in my cookbook binder for years.

You can mix & match to create your own run of whatever length you'd like. For example, you could add any number of loops of the Houston Trail, or you could add 2K by running to the end of Glover Road to the Albion Ferry launch.

The Fort-to-Fort Trail is lined with native wildflowers, lush vegetation, and views of the Bedford Channel of the Fraser River. This mixed-use trail, popular with walkers, runners, and cyclists, links the first site of the Hudson's Bay fort in Derby Reach Park (GVRD) and the Fort Langley National Historic Site in Fort Langley.

Running along the river is a sweet change from road running. Enjoy!
